Nature of the service
Dofudex is a free collectible card game. It is played only with virtual Kamas. These Kamas have no monetary value: they cannot be bought with real money, cannot be exchanged for any money or prize, and have no link with the Kamas of the game Dofus.
Dofudex runs no gambling and no paid game of chance, and offers no prize.
Game data
The data and images of the monsters and items come from the files of the game Dofus, published by the community project dofusdude.
Intellectual property
Dofus, its trademarks, characters, names and images belong to Ankama. The rest of Dofudex's content is protected by copyright.

Data controller
The controller is the publisher named in the legal notice. For any question, write to the contact address.
Data collected
- Account: technical identifier, email address, name and profile picture of your Google account, received at sign-in. Your name and picture are never shown to other players: your nickname is the only visible name.
- Game profile: nickname, avatar and showcase (visible to other signed-in players), cards owned, achievements, Kamas balance, and your rank in the ranking.
- Market: your open listings (visible to other signed-in players, with your nickname) and the history of your sales and purchases (card, price, date, the other player).
- Notifications: if you turn them on, one token per device, the app's language and the date of the last opening on that device.
- On your device: theme, language, fast pack opening, install reminder, sign-in session and your audience measurement choice.
- Moderation: the actions of the administration team on an account (forced nickname, balance adjustment, suspension) are logged with their reason.
Purposes and legal bases
- Running the game (account, packs, album, Market, achievements, ranking): performance of the service you request.
- Sending notifications: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in Preferences.
- Security, anti-cheating and moderation: the publisher's legitimate interest.
Recipients
Your data is processed by Google (Firebase: sign-in, database, functions, image storage, notifications). This provider may process it outside the European Union, with the safeguards of the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
Your nickname, avatar, showcase, achievements and open listings are visible to other signed-in players. Your email address is visible only to the administration team.
Retention periods
- Account, profile, cards and achievements: until you delete your account.
- Deletion: "Delete my account" in Preferences erases your account, profile, nickname, cards, achievements and open listings.
- Market history: a sale concerns two players; it is kept after one of them deletes their account, without their nickname.
- Moderation log and an account's suspension: kept, even after the account is deleted.
- Notifications: a token unused for 90 days is erased.
- Backups: 90 days; a deleted data therefore stays there up to 90 days, then is erased.
Audience measurement
Only with your consent, Dofudex measures its audience with Google Analytics: pages viewed, device, browser, country and a random identifier, never your account or your email. Legal basis: your consent. Recipient: Google. Cookie for 13 months, data kept for 14 months at most. Your choice is kept for 6 months on your device, then asked again. You can change it at any time with "Manage my choices", at the bottom of every page of the site or in the app's Settings: a refusal stops the measurement and deletes the cookies.
Your rights
You can access your data, correct it (your nickname is changed in Preferences), erase it ("Delete my account"), restrict its processing, object to it and request its portability. Write to the contact address: you receive an answer within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Rules of the game
Kamas
Dofudex's Kamas are virtual: they cannot be bought with real money, cannot be converted into any sum of money and give no right to any prize. They only buy packs and cards in Dofudex.
Packs and odds
A pack's content is drawn at random with odds published in the app. A pack never costs real money.
The Market
Cards are traded between players for Kamas, with a 5% tax. Selling or buying cards, Kamas or accounts for real money, outside Dofudex, is forbidden.
Age
Dofudex is meant for people aged 15 or over.
Prohibited behaviour
Forbidden: cheating, multiple accounts, moving Kamas between one's own accounts through the Market, automation (bots, scripts) and reselling cards, Kamas or accounts. In case of breach, the editor may suspend or delete the account, take its listings off the Market and remove Kamas.
Changes to the rules
Changes to these rules are announced in the app. If the languages differ, the French version prevails.
